Delivery and on-site setup by our team are included at no extra cost within 50 km of our depot.
Beyond 50 km
Delivery is still available — the fee depends on distance and is quoted individually. On-site setup elsewhere in Germany or Europe can also be arranged individually, with travel, accommodation, and other travel-related costs quoted separately.
Ship it yourself
Prefer not to wait for an appointment? We can ship your hardware directly, anywhere in Germany. With shipping, you handle setup yourself — unless you're on our Professional or Enterprise plan, where setup support is included regardless of how the hardware reaches you.
